Exchange Policy for Regular Products:
- Eligibility: You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your product.
- Condition: The product must have at least 95% of the perfume remaining and must be returned with all original packaging, labels, stickers, and any additional items intact.
- Shipping Costs: If your exchange request is approved, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for sending the product back to us.

Exchange Policy for Damaged or Defective Products:
- Eligibility: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can apply for an exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
- Condition: Ensure that everything inside the package, including labels, stickers, and packaging materials, remains intact.
- Shipping Costs: In cases of defective or damaged products, Evocation Perfumes will cover the shipping costs for the return.
