1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by browsing our collection of perfumes, selecting your desired product, and proceeding to checkout. Follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship all over Pakistan. If you are located outside of Pakistan, please contact us at evocationperfumes@gmail.com to inquire about international shipping.

3. How long does delivery take?

Our delivery time is typically 3-5 working days within Pakistan. This may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as public holidays or service disruptions.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your delivery in real time.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

You can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving the product, provided it has at least 95% of the perfume remaining and is returned in its original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost to you. 6. Do you offer refunds?

We currently do not offer refunds. However, you can apply for an exchange under certain conditions. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for more information.

7. Why are some bottles not filled to the top?

Our bottles are designed with extra capacity, but we fill them according to the volume mentioned on the label (e.g., 30 ML). While the bottle may have room for more, we ensure that the amount inside matches the specified volume. Since the bottles are hand-filled, there may be a ±1 ML variation due to human error.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order?

10. What if my order is out of stock?

If your order is out of stock, we will notify you and offer you alternatives, such as waiting for restock, switching to another product, or receiving a full refund.

12. Do you offer custom perfumes?

At the moment, we do not offer custom perfumes, but we have a wide range of fragrances to suit different preferences. You can explore our collection to find the perfect scent for you.

13. Are your perfumes safe to use on skin?

Yes, our perfumes are carefully formulated to be safe for skin application. However, if you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies, we recommend doing a patch test before applying the perfume extensively.
